After first appearing on Renaissance last year with two incredible interpretations of Mia Mendi’s ‘Comfort In The Void’, Malandra Jr. finally drops his first full EP for the label – and the wait was clearly worth it. Renowned for his unique style, Malandra delivers three certified bombs.

Lead act ’No Brains’ is every bit the twisted soundtrack you’d expect; it’s Dario Argento goes to the Italian nightclub with a self-depreciating side of ‘Mean Girls’ for good measure. The highly original result is arguably one of this years most memorable tunes.

Supporting players are no minor cameos though; ’Sand Everywhere’ takes you on an indie camel ride, deep into the disco-desert, whilst ’Texas Lady’ lasso’s the vocal talents of Jenna.
