This week’s mix of the week is by Alex Banks. The mix was recorded in May 2021, around the time the pandemic restrictions were set to ease.
“I was getting nostalgic for the feeling of playing outdoors at festivals and excited about the prospect of being able to do it again soon. My manager Jonny and I decided to set up an impromptu festival stage in the courtyard here at the studio in Brighton, so I could play some tunes and create a virtual festival experience for you.” – Alex Banks
