Paul Kalkbrenner has unveiled details of his upcoming tour, ‘Episode One’, which will feature both theatrical live performances and exclusive screenings of a new director’s cut of cult movie, Berlin Calling.

Following on from his recent performance at Exit Festival in Serbia, the Episode One tour, which currently includes dates in Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, Luxembourg and London, will be ‘more akin to a Broadway stage than a concert’, according to the official press release.

These will be accompanied by screenings of a ‘2021 Club Edit’ of Berlin Calling, directed by Hannes Stoehr, which features never before seen footage, and will be accompanied by a special pre-concert appearance from Kalkbrenner himself.

The producer is also unveiling a new Paul Kalkbrenner app, which will give give Kalkbrenner fans exclusive access to Episode One presale tickets and screening tickets, avail of guest list passes, and also play host to live-streams of shows and unseen footage of Paul over the years.

On Friday 16 July, Kalkbrenner unveiled his latest single, Si Soy Fuego; a percussive cut built around a Spanish language vocal that was discovered among “a pile of demo recordings”. You can listen to it here.
