Some of techno’s biggest names have lent their support for a new label, Rudiment, the profits from which will be donated to Ukrainian charity organisations.

Described as a ‘Kyiv-Berlin techno and experimental electronica music label’, Surgeon, Speedy J, Shxchxchxsh and Pacou are among those supporting the imprint.

As Kyiv-based artist Stanislav Tolkachev posted on his Facebook page, “The idea for the label was in the making for a long time, peaceful time… and we didn’t think it’s story was going to begin like that. But now we need all possible financial support for the Ukrainian people.

“We are preparing its first release. [which will be] available on Bandcamp. All profits will be donated to official Ukrainian charity organisations.”

As he added, initial releases will be on Bandcamp, with plans to release on vinyl as soon as the conflict is over… which will hopefully be soon.

Interested artists can send their music to demos@therudiment.com.

As we all know, Ukraine is a hotbed of techno and electronic music – as 909originals most recent ‘UNDER THE STAIRS’ lives showcased. Please DONATE to https://lnkd.in/dN7E3NNW 🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦
